That's hard to believe! How come nobody asked you to the dance?
"I think I kind of know why, but I'm not totally sure. I think it was 'cause this one guy Brandon that I was dating got pissed off at me 'cause of something that happened between him and me. Then he started talkin' some shit about me. What happened was, I got real mad at him one night 'cause he kept pestering me to make out and I didn't want to. Then he got mad at me 'cause he didn't get his own way and we got in a big fight and broke up that same night. I think what he did then was spread it around to all the guys that he wasn't going out with me anymore 'cause I don't put out. So after hearing that, all these guys probably figured, 'Why should we waste our time with this girl when there are lots of other girls who will mess around?' So, here I was, sitting around waiting for guys to ask me to homecoming, and not one single guy did. What made it worse was that all my girlfriends have dates for the dance except me!" This all totally sucks!"
Do you think most girls feel the same way as you do as far as "putting out" goes?
"Are you kidding me? Most of my friends think I'm some kind of goody-goody girl 'cause I won't put out and that I'd better change real soon or I'll never get another guy to ask me out!"
Just how far would you go with a guy?
"I don't have any problem with kissing, but tongue-kissing still skeeves me out. And maybe a little touching, but that's about it."
