Why in the world would you go out of your way to have to stay after school?
"I know, I know, it sounds dumb, doesn't it? But, first, you have to hear exactly why I did it. See, I totally have the hots for my new math teacher, and I'd do anything just to be able to spend some time alone with him. I know he gets really pissed when anybody goofs off while he's trying to teach. So, before his class, I asked this girl Erin, who sits in the desk next to me, to pass me a note, hoping I'd get caught. I started laughing real loud at what she wrote, and my teacher turned around from the blackboard and yelled at me. Then he said I'd have to stay after class."
So, what happened when you stayed after class?
"Well, not much at first, because my teacher was still really mad at me. So I just sat there at my desk and waited for him to say something, and finally he did. He asked me why I had acted up in class, and I made up something about how I was real insecure and that I wanted the other students to notice me."
You? Insecure? That would be really hard to believe! What did he say to you after you told him that?
"Oh, it was so funny 'cause he went from being really mad at me to being real nice. He sat on top of the desk next to me and told me that I had nothing to be insecure about, and that I was-and this is exactly what he said-'the most attractive young lady in my classes.' Well, after he said that, I was hoping that he would grab me and kiss me and then do way more. But he didn't do that... yet!"
