What happens after school can be a lot more interesting than the lessons learned in the classroom. Just ask Mya, who was told by her pissed-off teacher that she had to stay after class because she didn't do her homework. "I thought he was just gonna yell at me more and then have me bring home a note to my parents," says Mya. "But that was not at all what happened. He started telling me stuff like I'm the cutest girl in any of his classes, and that a pretty girl like me doesn't need to be smart, 'cause she can be good at other things. And then he showed me what he meant!"
